You don't, really, even if Discover's UI weren't broken for this at the moment. This bug also hides the correct tool's link in its settings area.
The workaround for the moment is to either go to the Driver Manager in System Settings, and switch to the appropriate tab, or open it via the command line via sudo software-properties-qtSelf-built: Asus PRIME B550M-K/Ryzen 5600GT/32Gb/Intel ARC B580 12Gb/KDE neon
