Hello, since I have installed Kubuntu 24.04 LTS I can't use KDE-Connect to send files to and from my smartphone. The KDE-Connect-app on my smartphone and KDE-Connect in the system setting do not recognize each other. What can I do that this will work again?

Hello, I found a solution. I have installed the software "Firewall-Konfiguration" (shield with red bricks). After starting it I found under Verbindungen (connections) - public - in the table "Dienst" (Service) no hook at "kdeconnect". With a hook I made it a trustworthy connection. KDE-Connect in the system settings of my PC now recognizes my smartphone and my tablet. I have estabished a connection with KDE-Connect now.

Have you opened the Firewall ports on your PC?

Hi Beerislife,
I executed your three orders. Nothing has changed. My PC does not recognize my smartphone or tablet. But via KDE-Connect I have connected my smartphone with my tablet. That works. Only KDE-Connect in the system settings does not recognize the devices.
What else can I do to make it work?
