Startup disk creator not working

Startup disk creator won't load my .iso file

If I tell it to open it, it just closes the file selector and doesn't show it, and the 'Make Startup Disk' button is greyed out. I am hoping this distro can get some games working that Kubuntu can't seem to get working. I am tired of trying to figure out why Ubuntu can't get the games working.

Why did it load so many copies of the screenshot when only one is needed? Is your forum program borked, or is it another internet glitch?

Since no one was answering then I did a Google search. Long story short, I had to change the file extension from .iso to .img. In the file chooser, I went to the bottom and told it to look for img files instead of the default iso files. After that, everything worked normally.
