Kgpg vs. kleopatra (Ubuntu) vs. Kleopatra (Flatpak)

Which one of these should I be using? Kgpg seems like the easiest. It looks like Kleo Flatpak and kleo Ubuntu are two vastly different versions. It looks like Flatpak is more up to date, but from what I've understood, there are issues with Flatpaks when it comes to sandboxing or user namespaces. I believe KDE owns Kleopatra now so maybe it doesn't matter which one I choose. I'm wondering which one is the most secure out of the 3?

The one included in the default repos will usually be the best and safest to install unless you really need the bleeding edge release for a bug fix or new feature.
