Accidentally deleted my Status and Notifications box.

I'm try to set up 24.04 from scratch and while messing with FF and Tbird I accidentally deleted my Status and Notifications box off the System Tray.

Is there a button I can push to get it back where it was?

Try right-clicking on the "^" on the system tray, select "Configure", then "Entries".
Look at the list of items and find Notification. Set the visibility to the desired state. Normally, it would be "shown when relevant", but it can be set to be disabled, always shown, or always hidden (revealed with the "^" button).

I guess really did it then because the ^ is no longer there.

Aaah... this means you need to add the System Tray widget back to the panel.

You can do this by right-clicking on the panel and using the "Add widgets" option.

Or, if you want to start over with a fresh stock panel you can remove the existing one, then re-add a fresh one.
        1. right-click the panel >> Edit mode >> more options >> remove
        2. Right-click on the desktop>> add panel >> Default panel or Kubuntu Panel should be options

          That worked.
And once again you are a life saver.
          Thanks!
