Trying to install dotnet-runtime-7.0

Hi all,

I recently updated to 24.04 and this update apparently removed my dotnet-runtime-7.0 installation. How can I install this again? I need it for an application that is not compatible with dotnet version 8.

7 is no longer supported, so it looks like MS moved it to a PPA
This won't interfere with any normal dotnet 8 installs, iirc. Maybe? I can't tell.
