My wife's desktop displays bigger than the screen

My wife has a Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 15
Monitor is 15.3 and default resolution is 1920x1080 (16:9)

Display is set in Display at 1920x1080 but the desktop must be moved to see all parts of the Desktop

I searched for fixes and one I couldn't find which was the DPI of the font, but I doubt my wife would change anything.
After all she used it this way for a long time without saying anything.

only thing I can think of is try a different resolution. and make sure the scale is set on 100% not higher. Could be scaled at say 150 or so would do that also if it's already 100% try 75%
    Good luck

      The desktop may be zoomed.
meta + and meta - will do this.

Meta 0 should reset it to stock.
