Set folder in the home folder to German

The Documents... folders do not change to German. No query is created either. This should happen automatically as soon as I set the language to German. Kubuntu 23.10 is in German

What can I do?

You can change them manually in locations:

I probably have to change it in the home folder.
I thought it was automatic
