    Language packages missing

after installing kubuntu with german as default language everything works so far. Only Libreoffice (writer) is displayed in English and the gui language cannot be changed to German. It is not available for selection. I assume that the gnome language packages are not installed correctly. The function "Install language packages" is missing in the system administration.

Libreoffice uses its own language packs. You will need to install libreoffice-l10n-de using Muon, or the command line.
