Taskbar can't identify a window that produces sound for a single application

I have 2 different accounts in the same browser, and I work in 2 windows. One page plays music, while other is purely for work. For some reason sound icon is shown for both windows, and muting work window will also mute music window. Vivaldi browser, Kubuntu 22.10
