There is an Ubuntu add-on that will show the battery power level of an attached Bluetooth device. I can't find a similar thing for Kubuntu.

There isn't one specifically for Bluetooth, no one has created a widget just for this as far as I can see.
I just click on my power/battery tray icon to see the info:
