Two users logged in - problem mounting USB thumb drive

    Hi,

I recently added a second user to my system, both users have administrator credentials. However this has created an unexpected issue. Here's the scenario:

I login as usual, I then switch session and login as the second user. I switch back to the first session and plugin a USB thumb drive, but when I attempt to mount it there is a delay and then the message "you are not authorised to mount this device".

After some head scratching I eventually noticed that an authentication request had popped up on the second session, it would have been more helpful for the request to appear on the screen of active session and not the one that is hidden.

Is there a way this behaviour can be avoided or corrected, or does this sound like a bug?

    Thanks

    Nick
