UEFI Secure Boot

I have a secure boot issue...UEFI on an HP. I hold down F2 and I get a screen with no boot options or a way to change the bios/boot options to do LTS 22.04 install. Is there a work around for this?

F2 ? First hit on google says

1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.
3. Press f10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.
