2.5Gbps PCIe LAN Cards??

Looking for 2.5Gbps PCIe cards.

In kernel support, no external drivers

Support as far back as 18.04 32b would be great, its not a must.. At least 20.04 to 24.04

PCIe slot, NO USB for this! Nope.

So what is every one using for this?

Well it appears that this is just too bleeding edge for my blood.

On my goal system, it appears that this needs at a minimum Kernel 5.11 or later, and welp , not present on my system,.... you say upgrade... BZZZT! Kernel upgrades are not done. Thats my rule. And you are welcome to flip out, knot up your panties, etc. Thats my rule, its been my rule for 30+ years! When I upgrade to a new box, then it gets new kernels. I have many reasons why, which along with the scars from a

SO looks like till it its real build time or something for the main goal box, 2.5Gbps is not in the cards for me.

Still interested in the cards some might be using, for future use... Thanks!
