    Nvidia X-Server (not drivers)

Anybody use it? What is it, and what benefit would it provide, and should I consider trying it, or is it risky? As far as I can tell from the description, its an Nvidia optimized X-Server implementation. Is this for workstation grade graphics cards?

    TIA

Perhaps I should clarify, not the drivers. There are packages labeled "server" along with the drivers. It may be cloud related?

I am going to guess you mean meta-packages like this one?
It seems you are correct. These look to be to install groups of compute-types of packages/drivers used in various scenarios such as cloud and scientific computing.
