My language setting just got changed to Swedish and I can't change back!

I use a Swedish keyboard and Swedish regional settings such as time, numbers currency and so on. But I always use English as language.

Today I noticed that the package descriptions in Muon had changed to Swedish. Other UI texts such as menus are still in English. I think this happened after I updated the system yesterday, not sure exactly which package caused this.

In the System Settings on "Regional Settings" I can see that Language is set to "svenska", but when I click on modify the only languages that are in the list is 1. American English and 2. British English. There is no "Swedish" in the list so why is it reported as the selected language, and more important: how do I get rid of it?
