I have set MPV to open video files and VLC to open audio files, both are included as a secondary option for their non-respective file types. I find that if I change file association on a file type, it will seemingly randomly switch VLC for MPV or vice-versa on entirely different file types. For example, I just set .mkv files to open with mpv (originally it was vlc) and it changed .wav files to open with mpv (originally it was vlc). Anyone have this issue? I've had it happen several times.
