    [SOLVED] How to(?) DISABLE Focus Steal

    Excuse me Please:

    in still using Kubuntu 2204;

    I would love to know how to absolutely, completely, undeniably, & forever DISABLE Focus Steal.
    (to define, as i have noticed else-where the term is completely foreign to those supposedly well-versed: The over-riding, the popping back above currently-being-used program, stealing focus from input. i.e. launch program A, and B, while waiting for A to fully render/load, continue input into program B (username/password, etc) only to have program A, now fully loaded, bogart in front of program B that was being typed into.)

    Thank you again for your time taken to answer.

          "Extreme" setting was the understanding i was missing!
          (not sure why Menu acted weird, but forcing restart, Menu acted normally)

          Thank You for assistance!
