Something to note about LTS releases nowdays.

    From https://community.kde.org/Kubuntu/Po...port_.28LTS.29
    and https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comment...eb2x&context=3

It seems that Kubuntu LTS will provide Plasma Upgrades via the Kubuntu Backports PPA for as long as the current software stack (Qt mostly) supports.
So, this sort of keeps LTS more viable for longer, if desired. 20.04 could not have this due to the Qt requirements past Plasma 5.18, for example. And inm the past, We just didn't support major version upgrades on LTS.

So a bit of an option to Neon, at least for a bit.

Only noticed this now. This is really exciting and convincing for me to leave Fedora and come back to Kubuntu. Will the 22.04 software stack also support 5.26? There will be some Kwin improvements there that I am waiting for.
