I am trying to install skanpage. Clicking on the "Install on Linux" button fails. And I don't see it in the default repos either. I am using Kubuntu 21.10 with all the updates. Is that because it's too new? Is there a deb file I can use to install?

Too new at the moment. It was just released very recently.
Once they get it building for 22.04, it should be able to be backported to 21.10 in the kubuntu-backports PPA.
