    Auto-mount External USB3.0 drives fail.

i dont know what could be the problem here:

could be a setting in Automount,
could be a problem with Linux USB3.0 drivers,

    i have a 18TB HDD + external docking USB3.0 enclosure,
updated enclosure Asmedia controller ic to latest FirmWare,

    in Windows8.1x64 auto-mount ok,

formatted the drive also in XFS, because Ext4 is Not good for Large drives,
makes weird noises Non-Stop that can damage the HDD,
    works well, but...
XFS also does Not auto-mount when i turn-on the enclosure, same as NTFS.
its a Thermaltake ST0019, but there are many other brands with same plastic and ic, rebranded, ive seen transparent cases...
similar: Plugable, owc, startech, orico, etc...

i have to manually unplug one side of the USB3.0 cable, and plug again...with the enclosure turned-on,
so Linux can detect the Enclosure.

mechanical HDD needs time to spin-up,
    before becoming Ready,

Linux Wait Timer seems too short.
i dont know how else to explain this,.

HDD is Not detected by gnome-disks, gparted, lsblk.
unless i unplug and plug again.

maybe its a problem with the USB3.0 kernel module.
