The repeat of shortcut or multiple keys

Hi Everyone,

I use the following shortcuts to send keyboard input with Kubuntu 20 with KDE Plasma 5.18 :
alt-j -> left
alt-i -> up
alt-l -> right
alt-k -> down
The repeat of those shortcuts is useful and makes me work efficiently.

But as I upgraded to Kubuntu 21 with KDE Plasma 5.22 (even upgrade to 5.24), the repeat of shortcut doesn't work.

I notice that the settings/Input Devices/Keyboard's becomes "When a key is held" from "Keyboard Repeat".

What can I do to make the repeat work as Kubuntu 20?

Have you tried adjusting the 'delay' and 'rate' sliders at the bottom of that screen?
