    Difficulty installing CodeBlocks

    Hello Everyone,

As the title mentions I could not install a working version of CodeBlocks.
The Discover Software Center installs it but it does not run, it could not find the program.
Removing it, and installing from a console not much better.
Anyone installed 20.03 version of CodeBlocks successfully? If so, how?

This is the system I have:

    Dual boot W10/Linux desktop system
    Linux Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04
    KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
    KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
    Qt Version: 5.12.8
    Kernel Version: 5.4.0-65-generic
    OS Type: 64-bit
    Processors: 6 ? Intel? Core? i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00GHz
    Memory: 7.6 GiB of RAM
    Display: UHD Graphics 630 (Desktop)
    Storage: 256GB SSD, 1TB HD
Partitions: 200GB W10 on SSD, 35GB Linux root on SSD, 15GB Linux swap on HD, 500GB Linux home on HD

    Thanks, Peter

Works here, installed using apt (as it shows better messages for troubleshooting if necessary)

    Search the menu for it:

or try running it from the terminal:

From the repository, works for me, too.

        Many thanks for the help!
        It works now!
I was trying to install it from the PPA repository and that did not work.

        Thanks again, Peter
