You can right mouse on http://packages.linuxmint.com/pool/u...bbie_amd64.deb and choose "save as". More than likely it will be saved in ~/Downloads. Then, in a terminal, cd into ~/Downloads and run "sudo dpkg install chromium/chromium_88.0.4324.150-linuxmint1+debbie_amd64.deb"
