Hi, I am not able to use a dark theme in Inkscape 1.0 using Breeze-Dark option. The whole software moves to System Theme when I choose Breeze-Dark. As if it is not there. But check Boxes changes to Orange squares. Is there anything we can do to fix it ? Thanks.

You need to install and set a gnome/gtk3 theme that is dark as well, such as breeze-gtk, which includes a breeze-gtk-dark theme.
Now, on my system, the distro supplied package breeze-gtk-theme is installed, but I don't see it as an option. When I use the theme installer in Application Styles in System Settings, I install breeze-gtk, and it works. I am suspecting something is amiss, but I am on Neon and not Kubuntu packaging.
Still, it might be worth installing the theme via System Settings and seeing if it works for you.Self-built: Asus PRIME B550M-K/Ryzen 5600GT/32Gb/Intel ARC B580 12Gb/KDE neon

probably in ~/.themes I think. This is specific for Gtk themes.Self-built: Asus PRIME B550M-K/Ryzen 5600GT/32Gb/Intel ARC B580 12Gb/KDE neon
