Recomend a program that will shrink gifs?

I have a animated gif that is 640 x 640 and I want to shrink it to 120 x 120 and still have it be animated.
Can't seem to find a way to do that.
Anyone have a suggestion?

Have you looked at ImageMagic?

I found one on line called GifGit and to my surprise it worked just fine.

ImageMagick (package imagemagick) is a seriously deep rabbit-hole... more like a cavern complex. Good for a lot, say hundreds or thousands. of images.
