[KDE] Web URL on Dolphin Folder Manager

When I tried to Copy&Paste of an image url to upload a web image file, the Dolphin windows prompt me but not allow `http://` nor `https://` web file, but only allow `file:///` local file~

If you want to copy an image from your browser to a folder in dolphin, you can just drag it over by holding down the left button of the mouse

Copy link, then in Dolphin, Create New -> Link to Location (URL) -> Create a title and paste your link in the appropriate boxes.
