Icons appear as black squares

After installing Kubuntu 21.04, when restarting the computer, all the icons appeared as a black square. Anyone know how to solve it?

The global theme changes the icon set, and there aren't many that support KDE fully.

I suggest clearing the icon cache. It's in the .cache directory, with "icon" in the name.

What global theme or plasma style are you using?
Any other customization used?

Doers the same happen using the stock theme, or Breeze, or others?

I have tried all the plasma styles and they all behave the same. It's disconcerting
