KWalletManager at startup is intermittent

Sometimes KWalletManager asks for my password (to enable networking) after I log in. Sometimes it doesn't ask. If I close the window (without inputting my password) when it asks, I can't connect to wifi. Other times I don't get the KWalletManager window, and it just connects to wifi automatically. At those times, I can disconnect and reconnect wifi as a user.

I get this too. Kwallet asks for password sometimes. If I click cancel ( I never used Kwallet till date ), it asks for the WiFi password. I have to enter the WiFi password each time this glitch occurs. Sometimes everything is normal, WiFi gets connected automatically. I am using 20.04.
