Is it normal for apport to take a week to report a problem, and only do so after at least 3 reboots?
I just got a report about a Proton Mail crash on Fri Jun 12, 21:44:32 2026. It's now 5 hours less than a whole week later.
It moreover offered to relaunch the app, which is essentially useless with a report that stale. (I've launched it manually at least 3 times since that date, and maybe more.)

Possibly I'm getting the report now because I just upgraded all my .debs to their latest versions. Maybe something wasn't working right on its prior version.
