[Post-Install] clicking on Dolphin's scroll bar

Is there a way to change the click feature from clicking at the bottom of the scroll and have it scroll 1 page down, like it did in all previous systems, instead of running all the way down to the bottom

not sure , mine behaves as expected
if i click closer to scrollbar 1 it goes to next page , if i click further away 2 it goes to the end

Sort of, if you have a really long scroll you have to be extremely tight to the bar otherwise it will jump to the "position" of your cursor click. I don't know why they would have made a unnecessary change like this it's really annoying
