[Post-Install] Today upgrade create error in Dolphin and jpeg application

Good Evening , today libexiv2-28 and libexiv2-data is update.

    How to ?

you should be able to roll back to the prior version and avoid the issue for a time until they can fix it.

    sudo apt install libexiv2-27=0.27.6-1build1

if you don't want to look at the pending update any more you can hold at that version with

    sudo apt-mark hold libexiv2-27

but don't forget that you put a hold on it... i'm leaving mine to show in discover for a few days hoping they have fix come out, but if it goes into the weekend, i'm putting the hold on it.

I have released the fixed version, it should be available via the archive through regular updates in the next few hours.
