I just installed 25.10 and did all the updates and I have NO SOUND!!
How crazy is that??

I tried messing with the sound settings and nothing changed. So I set it back to default.

What can I do to get sound working?

Did it work before updates?

Give us some info about your sound hardware:

aplay -l

Do you have the Nvidia drivers installed?

You *might* try disabling WIndows fast-restart, which uses a sort of hibernation like state to speed Windows loading. This can lock some hardware from being used in another OS.
