system settings has no admin login button

I had installed through ubuntu with apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

now when I go to system settings I don't get a button or any option to login as admin.

I have already checked id and I am set as admin

Re: system settings has no admin login button

This seems to be a "feature" of the newest kde, and not kubuntu per se.
      The workaround is:

      Code:
      kdesudo systemsettings
      either from konsole or ALT-F2.

Be aware that when you do this, you are considered to be root, so don't try to change anything in your personal settings.
