Netgear WPN111 or SMC wireless usb adaptor driver needed

Hello everybody
Has anyone managed to successfully install either of these 2 adaptor under Kubuntu? I cannot find the drivers on the manufacturer website and was wondering if a user made driver is available out there. Neither of them is recognised by Kubuntu when I plug them in. Can any of you help please?

This is dated - written for Gutsy - but with the exception of using the ndswrapper in the repository for Karmic, it should work.
