    Hi, when i run okular for certain pdf files it just opens then closes with an error, here are two examples:
    this is working fine:
    patrick@swan:~/Desktop$ okular summary.pdf
    okular(10559): Attempt to use QAction "bookmark_action_0" with KXMLGUIFactory!
    patrick@swan:~/Desktop$
    and this is the crash:
    patrick@swan:~/Desktop$ okular newton4in1.pdf
    okular(10565): Attempt to use QAction "bookmark_action_0" with KXMLGUIFactory!
    Bogus memory allocation size
    KCrash: Application 'okular' crashing...
    sock_file=/home/patrick/.kde/socket-swan/kdeinit4__0
    okular: Fatal IO error: client killed
    patrick@swan:~/Desktop$
    It was working just fine yesterday, i have no idea whats wrong, was it some update?

      Re: okular crash!

      I had the same problem yesterday- my bachelor theses I'm working on killed okular whenever I scrolled to a specific page or jumped to any page after it. I was not amused.
      This happened AFTER I had an security update of poppler. Maybe a day or so after that there was another poppler update and it's been fixed by that.

      To your last question: Edit your first post and change the subject line.

        I can confirm this problem. I'm using KDE 4.3.2 on 9.04. It happens everytime I try to open a PDF...
