Missing Blur Effect KDE 4.3 RC

I may be going a little crazy, but I simply cannot find the kwin blur effect in the All effects list in system settings. This disappeared when I upgraded from 4.3 beta to 4.3 RC1. Is this a problem others are having? I find the blur effect very useful.

Thanks for letting me know. It's a shame, I think that effect really adds to the experience. Hope it comes back soon
