Kontact invites can not be opened in Outlook

Hi,

After I updated to Jaunty, meeting invites sent out by Kontact can not be opened properly in Outlook anymore neither can events sent from Outlook be added to the Calendar.
I have done some research and found this:

which says "I suggest you file a report with Fedora and suggest packaging a better
version." - Would I need to replace "Fedora" with "Kubuntu' here? Is there a fix out there yet?

maybe check bugs.kde.org

the kolab mail-list entry is referring to the "enterprise" branch of Kontact that existed back in 2007, and the author was suggesting that fedora package the normal version back then
