[SOLVED] PCMCIA 3COM 3CCFE575CT network card not working

Hi, I've just upgraded to Jaunty , since upgrading I have purchased a 3COM PCMCIA network card which I want to test, Kubuntu doesn't seem to recognise it. What do I have to do to get it working please ?

I should mention I'm using a Compaq Presario 2100 which also has a built in LAN port which is working fine.

I've used ifconfig and it doesn't list the device even though the device light is on.
I've run lspci, the output lists the card (last entry):
