    unlock session (Not solved)

This morning I did the upgrade and now when my screensaver goes on I cannot restore it without unlocking it, this never happened before. my screensaver does not have password set, how do I correct this Thanks

I tried it and it worked one time then back to having to unlock it each time

I have the same problem since upgrading. Haven't come across the solution yet.

      Re: unlock session

Well, after reading some other posts other users posted some time ago, I guess the solution would be the following:

      Kubuntu Intrepid 8.10
Go to K-menu > Computer > System Settings > Advanced Tab > Power Management.

On General Settings deselect Lock screen on resume.
      Multibooting: Kubuntu Noble 24.04
      Before: Jammy 22.04, Focal 20.04, Precise 12.04 Xenial 16.04 and Bionic 18.04
      Win XP, 7 & 10 sadly
      Using Linux since June, 2008

This didn't seem to work for me. I'll keep fiddling with it, though.

Advanced Settings -> Power manager -> edit profiles -> performance -> when the system is idle more than * minutes ->
I dont know, why this change to locking after 15 minutes as default.
          Kubuntu 12.04 64bit

Thanks, that did the trick in my case.
