Re: kubuntu.org news: can someone explain?
Hmm - maybe
should be...moved to the updates section of Kubuntu 8.10.
...moved to the updates section of Kubuntu 8.04.
It was before in the "hardy-backports" > KDE 3.5.10 Released
but that was the wrong place as the backports tells > Ubuntu BackportsThe updated packages for Kubuntu 8.04 are located in the hardy-backports repository.
These are the rules we try to follow when backporting packages:
1. Only packages currently in Ubuntu's repositories are eligible for backporting. We do NOT take packages from Debian repositories, unofficial repositories, user contributed sources, or REVU.Before you edit, BACKUP !
Why there are dead links ?
1. Thread: Please explain how to access old kubuntu forum posts
2. Thread: Lost Information
