Upgrade KDE 4.1 to 4.2 - No title bars

I upgraded Kubuntu from KDE4.1 TO 4.2 .
Now suddenly programs always start without title bars( one with control box for maximize, minimize close buttons ). Only firefox and thunderbird seems to startup with title bar. Konqueror, Dolphin and Kate, Konsole have no title bars( they start in full screen mode ). Is there a way to change this behaviour and make these programs start normal as maximized windows.

Resolved:
I selected kwin as Window Manager instead of Compiz. I guess compiz needs upgrade for 4.2 or something.

if you must use compiz be sure to use emerald for your windows themes... indeed compiz needs some updates for 4.2 intergration.
