    Photocopy software

Hi, I've just installed Kubuntu 8.04 (leaving winXP) and I need a tool to make photocopies. In other words, I want something that scans a page and sends it directly to the printer, without save the img.
Is there a software that can do this under Kubuntu?

    Thanks

xsane will do this. It should be in your repository.

Just curious, is there a KDE wrapper / frontend to xsane? I use Kooka myself, but I've never had to send a scanned image directly to the printer instead of saving it.

I'm using xsane as is. Just set the scan option to 'Copy' and away you go. There's no similar option in Kooka, unfortunately, nor in xscanimage.
