How to use XMMS2?

Since XMMS is missing from 8.04 I was forced to try XMMS2 but try as I might I can not figgure out how to run it. I'v installed basicly evrything with XMMS2 in front of it and still dnt have an icon in the K-Menu...

So what do I have to install/do to use/run XMMS2?

So how would I get Streamtuner play. It is looking for XMMS?

Streamtuner works very well for me with amarok.

Go to streamtuner>preferences and change xmms %q by amarok %q
