some ServicesMenu by default

Some services like:

- extract
- compress
- open with text editor
- root actions

I think every body uses it and the manual installation is not so simple.

If ou are using kde4.1 then this:

I know them.
I already installed my favorite service menus, but my idea is to incluse some of them as default in the next kubuntu
