Plasmoid Desktop Clear View Flolder - How to re-arrainge program Icons

On KDE4 the new plasmoid clear view folder in Kubuntu doesn't allow the program icons to be manually re-arraigned. However, in OpenSuse this isn't a problem. What do you have to do in KDE to allow icons to be freely dragged and re-arraigned in this clear view plasmoid desktop folder?

Plus, it would be nice if Kubuntu placed some standard program icons in this plasmoid clear view folder on install.

Also I noticed in Opensuse, you can right click on a application in the application menus and add the program in this plasmoid clear view folder. In Kubuntu you have to create a new in application link by manually writing it in with the link application script menu option. Can this be made more user friendly in the future like OpenSuse?

Looks like the upgrade from 4.1 KDE to 4.2 is the solution.

No, just open the menu structure and drag and drop a menu item to the desktop folder and select the "Link here" option
