    Not recognizing me as admin

Alright- I installed Kubuntu... just like I did on all my others and now i am having trouble hooking into my school's wireless... We finally figured out I needed to go into etc/sysctl.conf and make turn off TCP window scaling. So I went in- did that and BAM... It tells me I am not the administrator... Any helps? (I am on a school computer and have an hour before photography... I will send e-brownies of chocolaty goodness to whoever can help me)

Or start up Konqueror as root:
      Code:
      kdesudo konqueror
This enables you to edit all encountered files as root.
