I'm running KDE4.1.1. However, when running Adept Manager there is a package labeled 'KDE4' with a description: 'the K Desktop Environment version 4 official modules'. This package is NOT installed. How does this differ from what I am running? Should this be installed?

KDE4 package is only a metapackage marking dependences with all other packages in the system.
