I've read a lot of articles that all are saying the same thing. Is it true that HH 8.04 will not wear the LTS tag? How do you all feel about that?

I agree with Kubicle and Detonate, most of us do upgrade to the latest version regardless of the LTS tag. I even understand some of the reasoning not to make it LTS. I don't agree with the fact that if KDE4 is to be the new base, then there can be no LTS. With a LTS tag on that, at least, it would help in improving it. I agree that maybe there would be a little more work to make it LTS, but because it is new doesn't mean that all of a sudden the KDE team will just drop it. To me I see KDE4 being here a good while. Why not make it LTS and use that to make KDE4 that much stronger?Comment
