Will Brother MFC-240c Colour Inkjet Multifunction work?

Hi all , i was looking at buying the "Brother MFC-240c Colour Inkjet Multifunction" and wanted to know if it work's under Kubuntu 8.04 ? Has anyone got one working? I hope it does work , and before sale end's LOL . Waiting on advice and THANKS........... Northernfrog

Perfectly! I don't have that printer, so I can't confirm, but openprinting has been pretty reliable thus far. You might want to go there and see what tips, tricks, hints might be needed.
